Excellent stay I had been with my family for a stay in February and March 2023 and it was an wonderful stay for the price.The hotel was very clean with a lot of facilities given with the stay.The staffs were very welcoming and always greeting you when you walk in and out the hotel.I recommend everyone who is looking for a room to go and check this hotel out because it is an great place for stay either you’re alone or with family.

Nepal Visit This hotel was a substitute arranged by our trek organizers. Friendly staff made us feel welcome, always remembered our group members and offered any assistance where possible. The security guard greeted us arriving and leaving the property every time. It was a sad time when we departed to another place in Nepal and if I return would gladly come back here.

A hidden gem Great rooms, very hot water. Special views from the roof. Hotel Thamel breakfasts are fantastic. Such variety. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. You get a friendly greeting whenever you enter or exit the hotel.A great experience for my first time in Nepal.

Unique hotel This hotel is unique, we spent amazing time here, ate delicious breakfast and drank amazing coffee. Rooms are at very high standard with very comfortable beds. Whole staff working here is amazing, everyone welcomes people with from ear to ear smile. Everyone is helpful and kind. Perfect place for stay in Nepal. I recommend it.

Amazing people, perfect location Our stay was amazing, everything was on point, we had perfect rest, on next day we had delicious breakfast. Hotel is located in very good place in terms of shopping, everything is within a reach of hand. Sadly we stayed only one night, but definitely when we get back to Katmandu we will stay in this hotel. I highly recommend staying in this hotel

Lovely centrally located hotel with friendly welcoming staff and balcony rooms All of the staff at the Hotel Thamel were friendly and helpful and they made us very welcome from the minute we arrived. The hotel itself is excellent, with hot showers, a beautiful tranquil terrace garden, free wifi and helpful dining room staff who make excellent Italian style coffee. The location in the centre of Thamel made access to all the local shops and restaurants really easy. The hotel stored our luggage safely while we went off visiting other parts of Nepal. The room balcony offered a sunny spot to read or relax and the proximity to the Avocado Cafe was a bonus.

Nice staff and perfect location We loved everything about our stay at hotel Thames. We stayed there several times before and after the tours. The room was very nice with balcony. It has comfortable bed and hot shower all the time. Our favourite part was definitely a buffet breakfast. Hotel is in heart of Thames and everything is in walking distance.

Very accomodating and clean! Hotel Thamel was great, the daily breakfast was delicious and all public areas are kept very clean. Very close to the bustling city and the restaurants close by are very good as well. The airport pickup was also very helpful!
